PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS OF USE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING WWW.GLOBOX.IN (THE "SITE") OR ANY SERVICE OFFERED BY GLO BOX ONLINE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. ("GLOBOX","WE", “COMPANY”OR "US"). UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY THE US. BY VISITING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE OR ANY GLO BOX SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO IT.

This Agreement applies to all Site visitors and users of the Site. If you don't agree with any term or condition in this Agreement, please don't use the Site. If you have any questions, please refer to the Site's FAQs. If you don't find your answer there, email us on contact@globox.in

 

1. WELCOME TO GLOBOX!

GloBox is a monthly-based subscription service for beauty products. We aspire to provide a vast majority of beauty products. At GloBox, our focus is to provide our customers with trustable beauty products handpicked by our experts keeping customer preferences in mind. GloBox is very accurate with the selection of the beauty products to satisfy the customers to its best. A preference form is a must for our visitors to subscribe to our services.

 

2. Monthly subscription packages

Only residents of India may subscribe to receive monthly beauty box containing full-size, smaller-size or deluxe sample-sized beauty products. GloBox offers four types of packages i.e. One Month(Rs 999), Three Months (Rs 2,847). Six Months (Rs 5,394 ) and 12 Months (Rs 10,188). By purchasing any subscription package, you agree to an initial pre-payment for that particular package. 

Let's take an example If you opt for three months package you have to pay Rs 2,247 in the beginning of your service and we will send one beauty box for next three months.

 

3. OLD Subscription

Customer who have subscribed GloBox before 1st February 2017. Nothing will change to their subscription plans. The will receive the same box as before until their last one. Old subscribers will receive products in new GloBox in their last month of subscription. Only partial refund will be applicable for an old subscription. 

 

4. Beauty Box Contents

The box typically contains 5 from all the categories mentioned on our website. The contents of each beauty box will vary from month to month. We customize your beauty box based on your beauty profile, your product reviews and other feedback you choose to provide to us, but we make no guarantees that you will receive a particular product.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Monthly Subscription before your order is shipped.Once you cancel your order you will receive a full refund to the original payment mode within 10-15 days. If you need help with this email us on contact@globox.in.

If you cancel your 3, 6 or yearly subscription in middle of any month, the cancellation will take effect on your next GloBox. You will be only eligible for a partial refund depending on how many boxes you already received. If your subscription comes with a free gift, then after cancellation you will be charged 70% of the free gift (For example: if your subscription has a free gift worth INR 700, you will be charged INR 490) 

If you cancel your GloBox subscription you can re-subscribe any time.

 

6. Return/Replacement Policy

You may not return any beauty box you receive. If you receive any damaged products we will be happy to replace it for you. We will replace the damaged item within 3-4 days after verifying the image of your damage product. You are eligible for a damage replacement till 3 days from the delivery date. Only products with expiration date under two months are eligible for replacement and the two months will start from the date of delivery.  If you have concerns about the beauty box you have received please email us on contact@globox.in. We will work with you to address your concerns.  

Return are not excepted on any shop product until and unless they are damaged in transit. Shop Products are eligible for a damage replacement till 3 days from the delivery date. All products are genuine and pass through a quality check by GloBox. If there is any concern with the products, the customer can contact us within the next 3 days from the delivery date. 

 

7-A. Refund

Only Partial refund is applicable on the subscription plans.

A) If the customer cancels a 3 months subscription in between, the customer will be charged at INR 999 Per Box.

B) If the customer cancels a 6 months subscription before 3 months, the customer will be charged at INR 999 Per Box, after 3 months the customer will be charged at INR 949 Per Box.

C) If the customer cancels a Yearly subscription before 3 months, the customer will be charged at INR 999 Per Box, Between 4th - 6th box the customer will be charged at INR 949 Per Box. after 6th box INR 899 Per Box. 

D) If your subscription comes with a free gift, then after cancellation you will be charged 70% of the free gift (For example: if your subscription has a free gift worth INR 700, you will be charged INR 490) 

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 24 to 48 hours

In a case of, online transaction money will be refunded to the same source within 24 to 48 hours. In a case of, COD orders money will be transfer to the bank account provided within 24 to 48 hours.

We also offer a hassle free refund in form of GloCoins. For Example, If your refundable amount is INR 100 we will credit 5000 GloCoins to your account that can be used for future purchase. To learn more about GloCoins visit here.

 

7-B. Refund For OLD Subscription

Only Partial refund is applicable on the subscription plans.

A) If the customer cancels a 3 months subscription in between, the customer will be charged at INR 799 Per Box.

B) If the customer cancels a 6 months subscription before 3 months, the customer will be charged at INR 799 Per Box, after 3 months the customer will be charged at INR 749 Per Box.

C) If the customer cancels a Yearly subscription before 3 months, the customer will be charged at INR 799 Per Box, Between 4th - 6th box the customer will be charged at INR 749 Per Box. after 6th box INR 699 Per Box.

8. Shipping Policy

We Ship our monthly boxes on 10th of every month. Shipping is free for all orders above INR 500 below that there will be an INR 100 charge for shipping. Subscription boxes & individual products are shipped within 1-2 days and delivered to the customer within 3-6 business days. Additional Rs.100 will be charged for COD orders. 

 

9. Offers & Promotional Discount

Any kind of offers and promotional discount are only valid for a new purchase. These types of offers and discount are not applicable to any previous purchase. These offers & discounts are only valid for a limited period of time or only while supplies last.

 

10. Fraud Protection

As part of our order processing procedures, we may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject your order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

 

11. Product Manufacture and Ingredients

We don’t manufacture any of the beauty products we send to you. All beauty box items and products are manufactured by their respective brands. You should read and strictly follow all product labels, packaging inserts, and instructions, and directions and warnings provided by the manufacturer before using any product. We review the ingredients in each beauty product we distribute to confirm the ingredients comply with industry standards. It is your responsibility to review the ingredients as well, to avoid allergic reactions or other side effects personal to you.

 

12. Taxes

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax are based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states where the goods sold over the Internet are taxable.

 

13. Expert Guidance & Selection

Our experts are highly qualified and trained professionals in the field of beauty and skin. These experts put their knowledge to its best to select products on our subscriber's preference profile. They study and test every product for our subscriber’s safety. Any information provided by our experts regarding the products or otherwise (e.g. product descriptions or instructions) is for informational purposes only. You should not take any action based upon any information contained on the Site or in the personal message from our experts. Use of the Site or the App is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional paid advice. You should read and strictly follow all product labels, packaging inserts and instructions and all manufacturer directions and warnings and seek independent professional advice when appropriate.

 

14. Risk of Loss

A third party carrier will ship any merchandise purchased from our Site. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

15. Trademarks & Copyrights

The trademarks, copyrights, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site or through platforms use by us are registered and unregistered Trademarks & copyrights of ours and others and may not be used in connection with products and/or services that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by their rights holders, or that are likely to cause customer confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the rights holders. All Trademarks & copyrights not owned by us that appear on the Site or through platforms use by us, if any, are the property of their respective owners.

We employ the use of cookies. By using the Site you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy.Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
